Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing a pre-order or submitting a product request.

1. Pre-Order & Demand Collection Model

FormLab Berlin is currently operating in a pre-launch phase.
All products displayed on our website are part of a demand collection and pre-order system.

Products are not shipped immediately
Production begins after sufficient demand is confirmed
Full commercial operations are planned to begin in 2026

By submitting your interest or pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this process.

2. Production & Dispatch Time

Each FormLab Berlin product is designed and produced on demand in Berlin.

Estimated timelines:

Production time: To be confirmed after demand validation
Dispatch time: Will be communicated individually once production starts

Customers will be notified by email before any product is shipped.

3. Shipping Regions

Once active shipping begins, we plan to ship to:

Germany
European Union
Selected international destinations

Final shipping regions and rates will be announced prior to launch.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not charged during the demand collection phase
Final shipping fees will be clearly communicated before any payment is requested
No hidden costs will be applied
